I have a webcam, that I haven’t used in ages. My oldest son called today and wanted me to hook it up so that I could talk and see my grandchildren (his 4 children). So, I searched high and low for that darn thing and finally found it in a box in my closet. Guess what…I didn’t have the software that came with it.
So, I had to search on line and found Driveraccess.com. Which was a great find, I downloaded the software which did a scan of my computer to find the missing drivers and even Webcam Drivers. So, then I had to wait for my husband to take a break from his studies to install everything for me.
So, I finally got my webcam hooked up (I still hate that thing) and was able to see my grandsons who I haven’t seen in 4 yrs. Oh goodness how they have grown. The baby who was 2 the last time I seen him is now a big boy totally adorable. Not at all the crying baby who gave me a headache years ago. Made me miss them even more.

When we bought this house almost 2 years ago, (doesn’t seem that long ago does it). It was the perfect size for us. We only had Mini Bug at the time, and had no clue that Mighty Bug was soon going to be a part of our family. We have a 3 bedroom two full bath home. The extra bedroom was for my husband’s den. A place for him to study and work in peace and quiet. When Mighty Bug came, my husband lost his office space, and also lost the ability to be able to study in peace and quiet.
I really like this house and even though my husband wants to sell and buy a bigger home, I’m not so keen on that idea. A bigger house would be nice, but I can’t keep up with this one, a bigger home would be more to keep up and clean. I just can’t see where I would get the energy to do that.
I came across this site that sells steel buildings. At first I thought, nah, that wouldn’t work, I don’t want an ugly steel building on my property, but I looked around the site and I changed my mind. I saw this, and thought, oh this would be perfect! It would kill two birds with one stone (so to speak). It would give us a lot more storage space, for our John Deere mower, and our utility trailer that right now sits out in the yard and is going to rust. It would also serve as an office for my husband! It would definitely be quiet for him, because it would be detached from our house. I really like this idea. I hope he does also.
So what do you think? Think I can sell him on this idea?
Geez this is a very very late MM. Sorry everyone. Lately I have been running on empty and always seem to be a day late and a dollar short.
This week, I am sharing John Travolta dancing. Why? Dunno, just enjoying it right now at 4 am waiting for the baby to go back to sleep.

After been sick for so long, I think tomorrow I will head out to get some industrial supplies because that is what it’s going to take to clean this house!! Oh how I wish I could afford a maid. Sigh
Mighty Bug Celebrated his First Birthday on March 4th. I can’t believe he is a year old already. Time just seems to fly by. Already he is walking and running, and eating the same foods that we eat. No more baby foods for him. We are starting to mix his formula with half formula and half whole milk to wean him off formula completely. How nice it will be to finally not have to buy baby formula anymore. That stuff is expensive.
I’m also thinking it’s going to be easier to potty train him than it has been for Mini Bug (still an on going process). He was in his crib the other day and I went in to check on him, he was suppose to be taking a nap. I caught him standing up, he had taken his diaper off and was laughing while he was peeing through the crib rails aiming for the floor outside the crib. Laughing his cute little head off. The lil devil realized he has a built in squirt gun. So I am thinking it’s not to early to buy him his own potty chair and let him start seeing it and getting used to it. The potty chairs they have in the local department store chains, suck, in my opinion. So I went to Shopwiki.com and did a simple search on Potty Chairs . Look what I found, I love this one, there are so many different styles and designs to chose from I had a hard time picking just one. Isn’t this just adorable! So much nicer than those plain ugly plastic things you find at Walmart. This is why I love to shop on line a Shopwiki.com. You can find anything your looking for there.
So, while I was already at the shopwiki site, I decided to browse around and see what other goodies I could find for Mighty Bug. He is growing like a weed, and I swear he outgrows them faster then we can buy them and bring them home! I also like to find unique boy toddler clothing that other little boys in town isn’t wearing also, because their mommy’s shop at the same stores here in town that I do. I found this, isn’t it adorable!
As I was searching around shopwiki, I found these. I want all 3. I think the tent play yard will be great to take to the beach with us. Mighty Bug loves to eat the sand, yuck, and this will keep him safe.
