Thanks everyone. Its 2 am and I am up again with yet another coughing fit, I honestly can’t remember ever being this sick before. It’s a nightmare. The baby has developed a rash this evening, hes going back to the dr tomorrow. I’m thinking its from his baby shots. I am hoping that is what it is. Both kids are still coughing hard but otherwise a lot better. This is a very slow moving flu and settles right in the chest.
China, thanks for catching that for me, I fixed it, only so that I don’t look as bad as I feel right now.
Right now I am just a foggy headed, giant mucus making machine. I cough until my ribs and stomach muscles are pulled. I ache, I hurt, and I can’t breath. Waaaaa I want my mommy, and I want to be well again ..like yesterday!!!

If it makes you feel any better, my husband is sick too. Just in time for our Christmas vacation. The good news, for me anyway, is that I haven’t picked it up. Yet.

I HIGHLY recommend Elderberry also known as Sambucol. My family and I were getting sick, one cold or flu on top of the other for three months and then we started drinking Elderberry tea, and just got sick a couple of weeks ago, but with the Elderberry the durationa and severity of this bout was NOTHING compared to the other times. Really good stuff.

I hope you will get well very soon. I am sure that you are doing the best you can to make things work at home. Be kind to yourself too.
My husband came down with a fever and a bad cold two days before Christmas. (I am trying to write this in a post before New Year.)
Take it easy if you can. Lucky your husband can help you with the chores.
