I try to avoid politics on this blog. Sometimes I slip up and vent but not to often. Regardless of what anyone thinks of Obama Mama, I like his wife.
I like the down to earth impression I get from her, (even if she is worth millions). She isn’t flashy or showy, and guess what! I found out we have something in common. We both like to shop on line! I saw a photo of her the other day with a really cool watch on. So I had to dig a little deeper to found out what she had on her wrist and where she got it from. What she was wearing was the toy watch from Italian designer Marco Mavilla. Apparently it’s becoming the “must have” in Hollywood lately. No wonder my eyes lit up when I saw it. No doubt in my mind that the toy watch will probably be a big fashion hit this Fall & Christmas. I sure wouldn’t mind it being under my Christmas tree this year.
I really like Michelle Obama’s fashion sense and according to NBC , so do tons of others! When She made an appearance on the Tonight Show wearing J. Crew, it sparked a shopping frenzy at their stores, and on line stores like AOL Beauty & Style.
So whether or not I agree or disagree with her husband politics, I have to say, The First Lady, sure does have class and style, and we love to watch and see what she wearing, as she has become “the” fashion trend setter.

I think all these political and showbiz people have hired fashion designers, so it’s probably not their own fashion sense. Don’t u think so?

I love Michelle Obama too. I find it kind of funny that a political figure, our country’s first lady, is a trend setter in market places. I find it even more humorous that she doesn’t even do it on purpose. She is very down to earth and just seems to be a great woman. Fantastic post!
