We got the kids birth certificates today. Woohooo.
I am feeling better, but still kinda tired and feeling run down. I probably need some vitamins, it couldn’t hurt.
Mini Bugz turned 4 on the 11th. We were all so sick, so we canceled her birthday until this Saturday, where we will all go to grammys house and have a nice Birthday Party for her. She doesn’t know it was her birthday, or that we are going to have a party. It will all be a big surprise for her. She is getting to be such a big girl. Gosh, it seems like just yesterday she was a baby.
I took her for testing, and she does have a language problem. So, more testing is to be done, and then it’s off to school for her, to help her improve her language. I think comprehension falls into that category also.
My middle son, is back in therapy, and has a Dr appt near the end of the month. That was the soonest he could get in to be seen. He found out he has cirrhosis of the liver. He is only 28 yrs old. Most of you know, he struggles with addiction. Most of you know, its not an addiction to illegal drugs, but an addiction to over the counter cold medicine. He drinks cough medicine like soda and takes cold pills like candy. He gets high on this. It might cost him his life. I hope this opened his eyes, and he is scared enough to STOP. I know he scares me and makes me worry so much I will end up needing a AED. After having 12 heart attacks, I wouldn’t be surprise one bit, if one of these days, my heart just freaking stops! How much heart ache and stress is one person supposed to be able to handle?

I will pray for son. I do hope this helps him come to his senses.

Have a terrific day. Big hug.

Happiest Birthday to the little one
Life can definitely hand us a few stumbling blocks…but it also hands us rainbows and sunshine and little Mini Bugs to make those blocks easier to get over
)
Take care of you and let God take care of the rest. You have a little innocent one that needs her mommy healthy!

Have fun with the party. We had to postpone Kira’s party because her Grandma is in California until next week. Her party will be in November – for her September birthday.

Don’t lose hope, I know you can conquer this challenge in your family and have a great family life soon. Keep on what you are doing now because nothing will really help you with that scenarios but your family itself. Anyway, good luck for your incoming party and taking up some vitamins will make your stress away.

I’m sorry to learn you’ve all been sick. I’m feeling under the weather today myself, hoping it’s just my bad allergies; but it doesn’t feel like it.
How awful to have a son so young with that problem. I hope things turn around; and know you must be stressed beyond normal.
Hope the birthday party is fun.

Congrats on getting the papers. that is a wonderful event indeed. trust me, the kids will tell you how much it means to them when they are old enough to really understand it. I’m speaking as an adoptee.
hope you get some hibuscus punch and chicken soup going for those sniffles. you’ll have a happy party when everybody can enjoy it, in no time at all.
hope you’re better soon

I feel for you, my Dad also has cirrhosis of the liver. My Dad’s has diabetes and the meds probably cased his. Do you know what stage of the disease your son is in? He may be a good candidate for a transplant so don’t loose hope.
