I’ve been slowly trying to get myself out of debt. I’m not talking about the family debt, I mean my own personal debt. It’s the interest charges that are killing me, I just can’t seem to get ahead. Let’s not even talk about the charges added if I don’t have my payment at the exact time of day they require! Doesn’t matter if it was the right day, it didn’t get there by the right time in the day. It’s getting totally outrageous. I just want to pay off the credit cards I have, and be done with them. I have been told that the best solution would be to look into balance transfer credit cards .
What I want is is a 0 balance transfer . Meaning I would have 0 percent interest for ever how long the offer was for. Most are for a year, some are longer, some are 6 months. I could really take a chunk of out my credit card debt if I could escape those interest charges for a whole year. So that is my plan, I am going to apply for a 0% balance transfer credit card, transfer all my high interest credit cards over, and pay on it like crazy until I am finally debt free. Once that is done, it’s going to be cash only for this chick.
