For my New Years Resolution, I have vowed to get these extra pounds off that I have gained since moving to FL. Checking out all the new restaurants here, have made me waddle like a duck.
I was really aware of it while on vacation. I came home with all the muscles in my legs pulled from walking on the beach. So, while in pain I decided, it’s time for me to start healthy cooking.

We plan on taking a lot of mini vacations this year, in fact we just got back from a 3 day vacation to Anna Marie Island. Our next trip will be to Fort Myers. I saw this advertisement on the George Foreman Grill…

and thought to myself…I need one of those. What a perfect way to eat healthy and keep a healthy living lifestyle.

I think I am going to love this grill. I can take it with me on all trips to make sure that my family and myself stick to a healthy eating life style. I also love foods cooked on a grill. I’m going to love George Foreman’s 360 Grill. It has 106 inches of grilling surface, perfect for family grilling. At least it is for my family of 4.
I also love that it is non stick and eliminates the need for any cooking oils. The 360 Grill, also has an adjustable tilt so that you can chose to grill flat or on a slope which lets the fat run out. Trust me, I need all the help getting the fat out as I can get!  I wish there was a way I could myself on a tilt and let the fat run out like this grill does!

It has 5 plates..wow, 5! The plates include: 2 ribbed grill plates, 2 quesadilla plates, 1 deep dish pizza / pan / griddle / bake plate. I can make a deep dish pizza on a grill. How cool is that huh.

I am thinking of the money I will save taking this grill on vacations with us. I can use this grill to cook on the balcony on the beach, still eat healthy, help me lose weight, and SAVE money because we wont be eating out in expensive resort town restaurants. The savings from not dining out will help us take more trips.

So, this week I will be shopping for a new George Foreman 360 Grill, and begin a better, healthier eating lifestyle, at home and away from home.  It won’t be easy that’s for sure, I do love my junk food sometimes, but I want to be around for a long time, to raise these babies.  I also need to get walking more.  Walking on the sand showed me just how out of shape I actually am.  So my goal, is to eat healthier,  cook healthier, and with the help of George Foreman’s 360 grill that should be easier, and the dreaded to exercise more.  Running after a 3 yr old does not count as exercise.  If it did I would be as skinny as a stick.  Wish me luck.
